• Roast Level: Very Light (Blonde)

• Process: Washed

• Recommended water to coffee ratio (drip/pour over): 16:1 - 18:1. Add 16-18 grams of water for every 1 gram of ground coffee. Or 2 - 2.5 tablespoons of ground coffee for an 8oz cup of water. 

• Flavor Notes: Citrus, floral, and berries with light body and crisp acidity.

• Enjoyment Suggestions: We drink it Black. No sugar or sweeteners needed

History:

Sol is not only a flavorful coffee, but also a coffee with purpose. The beans used for Sol were farmed by an All-Women operated Cooperative in Marcala, Honduras at altitudes higher than 1200 mts. COMUCAP (Asociación de Mujeres Campesinas) was established in 1993 to help support strong women fighting against physical and emotional abuse, poverty, and neglect.
