Our mystical blend, Amor combines the essence of two coffee processing methods: washed and natural processed beans. The result is just lovely. A beautiful balance of berries with milk chocolate notes, a well-rounded body, and a pleasant aftertaste that will simply elevate your coffee experience!

• Roast Level: Medium, Signature Blend

• Process: Washed and Natural

• Recommended water to coffee ratio (drip/pour over): 16:1 - 18:1. Add 16-18 grams of water for every 1 gram of ground coffee. Or 2 - 2.5 tablespoons of ground coffee for an 8oz cup of water.

• Flavor Notes: berries, chocolate, and hazelnut with balanced body and delightful acidity

• Enjoyment Suggestions: Amor is so good that you can decide how to drink it: Black with no sugar or mixed with your favorite kind of milk, Amor will make you smile.

History:

Amor originated as an idea to celebrate love and appreciation for our community around the Valentine's holiday. Originally meant as a seasonal coffee, Amor is now here to stay. The blend is a perfectly balanced combination of natural processed and washed processed beans from the region of Copan in Honduras. This blend extracts outstanding berries and chocolate notes, while maintaining a clean and crisp cup. But this blend didn't just happen by coincidence. Viva put together a small team of roaster and barista to co-develop the blend while also incorporating direct guest feedback during the recipe development phase. The result was just perfection in a cup. Enjoy Amor!
